After introductory address by the President of the Board of directors Mr. Jožef Smrkolj, who presented to participants the future President of the Board of directors Mr Tomaž Berginc, M.Sc, a presentation of company operations for the past year followed with a vote of assembly bodies. Further on the shareholders decided on the use of the balance profit, and on grant of confidence to the Supervisory board and Board of directors for the year 2005 and appointment of an auditor for the year 2006. All proposals of the Board of directors and Supervisory board passed with a large majority.

The dividends amount to 309 SIT per share.

In accordance with the statute and the law, the transfer of shares is limited, and subject to prior consent from the Supervisory board.
