ETITEC M T2 DC: Surge Protection for battery storage systems

ETITEC M T2 DC product line is developed together with special ETI NH1 gBAT 200A/1500V DC fuses, and provides the best available Type 2 surge protection in battery storage systems. The devices ensure stable operation and protection against transient overvoltages in installations with high short-circuit capability and demanding operating conditions. 

The series ETITEC M T2 DC includes pluggable multi-pole surge protective devices and modular spare plug units, offering flexibility for installation, maintenance and system design.
The devices are designed for DC systems up to 1000 V and provide a nominal discharge current of 20 kA with a maximum discharge current of 40 kA, ensuring robust protection against surge events in demanding DC environments. 

With their pluggable design, the ETITEC M T2 DC devices allow quick replacement of protection modules and simplified maintenance. The optional remote contact version (RC) enables integration into monitoring systems for improved operational oversight.
