Accessories for CLBS

A wide range of accessories enables enhanced functionality and allows for customized installations tailored to specific application requirements, improving performance, safety, and user convenience.

• Handles:
  • Direct Handles: Available for direct operation in black (e.g., CLBS-DH80/B, CLBS-DH125/B) and red (e.g., CLBS-DH80/YR).
  • Door Interlocked Handles IP65: Designed for front and right side operation. Available in grey (e.g., CLBS-EH80/G, CLBS-EH125/G, CLBS-EH125/01G) and red (e.g., CLBS-EH80/YR, CLBS-EH125/YR, CLBS-EH125/01YR).
  • Handle types are defined by their type and color initials.

• Poles:
  • Additional Pole (4th Pole - CLBS-4P series): Converts a 3-pole CLBS into a 4-pole load break switch or a 3-pole CLBS changeover switch into a 4-pole changeover switch. Available for 16A to 125A models.
  • Solid Neutral Pole (CLBS-N series): A fixed pole that cannot be switched. Available for 16-40A, 63-80A, and 100-125A ranges.
  • Protective Earth Pole (CLBS-PE series): Also a fixed pole that cannot be switched. Available for 16-40A, 63-80A, and 100-125A ranges.

• Auxiliary Contacts (CLBS-PS11):
  • Includes NO+NC contacts for pre-break and signalization of positions 0 and 1. These allow for anticipation of main pole switching and can be mounted on either the left or right side of the device.

• Change Over Kits:
  • I-0-II Type (CLBS-CK series): Includes a direct handle. Two CLBS bodies must be ordered separately. Available as CLBS-CK80 (for 16-80A) and CLBS-CK125 (for 100-125A).
  • I-I+II-II Type (CLBS-CKI+II series): Includes a direct handle. Also requires two CLBS bodies to be ordered separately. Available as CLBS-CKI+II80 (for 16-80A) and CLBS-CKI+II125 (for 100-125A).

• Shafts:
  • For Door Interlocked Front and Right Side Handles: Available in 200 mm (CLBS-S200), 320 mm (CLBS-S320), and 400 mm (CLBS-S400/01) lengths. These are for external front and side operation of 3/4 pole switches, but not for use with Change over kit and handles.
  • For Door Interlocked Front Handle on Change Over Switches: Available in 200mm (CLBSV-S200) and 320mm (CLBSV-S320) lengths, for front operation only.

• Door Mounting Kit (CLBS-DMK series):
  • Enables direct mounting of the switch on the panel door, or on the left or right side of the panel. The switch's connection clamps remain accessible, and the external handle is quick and easy to install. Please note, this kit is not compatible with CLBS-EH125/01 handles. Available for 16-80A (CLBS-DMK80) and 100-125A (CLBS-DMK125).

• Terminal Shrouds (Covers - CLBS-TS series):
  • Provide top and bottom protection against direct contact with terminals or connection parts. They have an opening on each cover for inserting a temperature measurement probe. One reference code includes 2 pieces (one for top, one for bottom contacts). Available for 1P and 3P configurations across 16-40A, 63-80A, and 100-125A ranges.

• Guiding Cone (CLBS-GC series):
  • Designed to guide the shaft extension into the external handle. This accessory allows the handle to engage the extension shaft even with a misalignment of up to 15 mm. It is required for shaft lengths exceeding 320 mm.
