ETI's HFL Series
ETI's HFL series includes a range of Detuning reactors designed for use in various power factor correction applications. These filters are available in two main detuning factors: 7% and 14%, corresponding to resonance frequencies of 189 Hz and 134 Hz, respectively, for 50 Hz networks. The filters are designed to eliminate the 5th (250 Hz) harmonic and higher.
The HFL series filters come with several key technical specifications:
The HFL series includes various models with different reactive power ratings and conductor materials:
Note: The 'x' in the product type represents the reactive power rating of the filter in kVAr.
The selection of the correct filter is based on several factors such as the type of load, the level of harmonic distortion, and the required compensation. The provided tables in the sources can be used as a reference for selecting the appropriate filter.
