ETIsON software enables analysis of protective devices' time-current curves, considering selectivity.
High current-limiting capability.
Fuses with insulated covers provide additional protection against contact with live parts.
ETI’s KOMBI-series NV low-voltage fuse links (sizes NV00C to NV3) pair wide compatibility with an ingenious dual blown-fuse indicator: a flag is visible both on the top and at the centre of the cartridge, so maintenance staff can confirm operation whether the link sits in a standard base, a vertical fuse rail, or a switch-disconnector.
Mechanical and thermal robustness come from a steatite ceramic body that shrugs off the heat and pressure of high-fault currents. Inside, a precisely centred copper melting element is spot-welded to a specially profiled knife contact; the remaining cavity is packed with calibrated quartz sand that quenches the arc. The knife blades themselves are silver-plated (nickel on request) for corrosion-free contact. Repeated cyclic testing shows the time-current curve stays within ±10 %, confirming long-term consistency of protection.
gG fuse links are available for rated voltages of 400V AC, 500V AC, and 690V AC.
Due to their general purpose nature, gG fuse links are widely used in various applications, including:
