Accessories for Load break switch LBS

• Auxiliary Contacts: Auxiliary contacts can be added to the LBS switches to provide pre-break and signaling of positions 0 and I. This is useful for control circuits.
• Terminal Covers: Terminal covers offer protection against accidental contact and phase separation. They also have perforated holes allowing temperature monitoring without removing the covers.
• Direct Handles: Direct handles are available for direct operation of the switch.
• External Handles: External handles allow for operation from a remote location, such as outside an enclosure. They are available in various types, including door interlocked handles with IP65 protection.
• Shafts for Door Interlocked Handles: Different shaft lengths are available for door interlocked handles to accommodate varying installation requirements.
• Guiding Cone: A guiding cone helps align the shaft extension into the external handle for easier installation, particularly with longer shafts.
• Terminal Shrouds: Terminal shrouds provide additional protection and phase separation for the terminals.
• Terminal Screen: A terminal screen can be used for further protection of the terminals.
  

Accessories for Change-over switches 1-0-2 LBS

• Handles and Shafts:
  • Direct Handles: Available in black for direct operation.
  • Shafts for Door Interlocked Handles: Various lengths (e.g., 200mm, 320mm, 500mm) and dimensions (e.g., 10x10mm, 15x12mm, 15x15mm) are available to suit different installation requirements. Note that some 15x12mm shafts have varying dimensions on each side (12x12mm on one side, 15x15mm on the second).
  • Door Interlocked Handles: IP65 rated handles with grey or blue fronts are available (shafts are not included).
  • Guiding Cone: This accessory helps guide the shaft extension into the external handle, accommodating misalignments up to 15mm. It is required for shaft lengths exceeding 320mm.
• Auxiliary Contacts: These contacts provide pre-break and signalling for both positions 0 and I. They connect to the control circuit via 6.35 mm fast-on terminals and have an electrical characteristic of 30,000 operations. One reference code provides a set of auxiliary contacts (one for position 1 and one for position 2), and up to two sets can be mounted in the switch body. For LBS2000-3200 CO models, two sets of auxiliary contacts (two for position 1 and two for position 2) are included.
• Terminal Shrouds (Covers): These covers offer top and bottom protection against direct contact with terminals or connection parts. Their perforations allow for remote thermographic inspection without needing to remove the shrouds. They also provide phase separation for LBS 160-630 CO switches. Each reference includes 3 pieces (for 3-pole) or 4 pieces (for 4-pole) for either top or bottom contacts, so two references must be ordered to protect all contacts.
• Terminal Screens: Included with LBS2000-3200A models, terminal screens also require two references to fully protect both top and bottom contacts.
• Bridging Bars: Bridging bars enable connections between the two power terminals from the same pole for 2000A to 3200A ratings. They also facilitate top or bottom bridging connections. For the 3200A rating, connection pieces (part A) are factory-bridged, but bolt sets must be ordered separately. Bridging bars are available for various current ratings from 160A to 3200A. Each reference code for bridging bars includes one piece, so they must be ordered separately for each pole. Different parts of bridging bars include part A, bolt set - part B, T piece - part C, right angle - part D, and bar - piece E.
