ETI product series
ETI offers a wide range of single phase safety and insulating transformers IP 00, catering to diverse application needs. The transformers are categorized based on secondary voltage and thermal class, ensuring optimal performance and safety for various requirements.
Secondary Voltages
This series offers transformers with the following secondary voltage configurations:
- 12-0-12V: This configuration provides a 12V AC output with a center tap, commonly used for low-voltage applications.
- 24-0-24V: This configuration offers a 24V AC output with a center tap, suitable for applications requiring slightly higher voltage.
- 55-0-55V: This configuration delivers a 55V AC output with a center tap, often used in specific industrial or equipment applications.
- 115-0-115V: This configuration provides a 115V AC output with a center tap, typically employed for higher voltage requirements.
Thermal Classes
Thermal class refers to the maximum temperature that a transformer's insulation can withstand without degradation. The two thermal classes:
- Class B: Transformers with Class B insulation can operate at a maximum temperature of 130°C.
- Class F: Transformers with Class F insulation have a higher temperature tolerance, allowing them to operate at a maximum temperature of 155°C.
Key features common to these series:
- Electrolytic Copper Windings: Constructed using high-quality electrolytic copper, ensuring efficient energy transfer and low losses.
- Insulating Resin Impregnation: Impregnation with insulating resin enhances electrical insulation, protects against moisture ingress, and reduces noise levels.
- Wide Range of Power Ratings: Available in a wide range of power ratings (VA) to accommodate varying application needs.
- Compact Dimensions: Designed with compact dimensions (LxHxP) to facilitate easy integration into different installations.
