ETI's Power Capacitor Fuse Series:

ETI offers a range of power capacitor fuses designed for use in low voltage reactive power compensation systems with 3-phase capacitor steps. These fuses are available in various sizes and power ratings.

• General Characteristics:
  • Rated voltage fuse link: 690V a.c..
  • System voltage: 400V a.c..
  • Breaking capacity: 100/120kA.
  • Specifically designed for current protection in low voltage reactive power compensation systems with 3-phase capacitor steps.
  • Designed according to the rated power of the 3-phase capacitor at a nominal voltage of 400V a.c. 50Hz.
  • Each fuse is designed for specific capacitor rated power at 400V a.c. 50Hz.

• I-t Characteristics:
  • The fuses have specific I-t characteristics for different capacitor ratings.
  • These characteristics show the pre-arcing time (tv/s) vs. prospective current (Ip/A), indicating the fuse's performance under various fault currents.
